In our busy world, what we may need is a space to settle into and reconnect with ourselves, our lives, and the world around us in a deeper way. A space where we can honor what it means to celebrate endings and new beginnings, with conscious awareness and intention.
Please join us at Blue Dandelion Yoga Winsted on Saturday, March 10th for some time to sit with meditation and be guided into soothing relaxation.
Mindful Breathing is the conscious awareness of breath: that both energizes and relaxes the body. Combined with meditation it offers the body an opportunity for the cells of the body to be nourished as well as the nervous system to settle and relax & rejuvenate.
The Meditation Practice will be followed by some warm tea that supports our arriving Spring Season.
This is a FREE event but preregistration is required...... so all have ample space to settle into meditation. This Workshop is appropriate for all levels.
