Join Karen for a Restorative Yoga practice. Be nourished, reduce anxiety & invite relaxation into each Restorative pose. Restorative yoga classes are very nurturing and slow paced. Props, like blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps are used so that you are supported in your pose comfortably.
