Mindful Slow Flow (Free Complimentary Class 1/7

This class is truly a meditation in motion. We start our practice by bringing in connection to the present moment. An invitation to be present with each sensation of breath & yoga asana. Let's stretch, move and warm up the physical body.

Slow Flow gives us time to spend in each asana....we can truly feel each quality of the pose. We Give our mind & physical body the time it needs .

The teacher will guide class mainly with verbal cues , hands on assists combined with some on the mat demonstrating.
