Gentle & Restorative Yoga
Gentle/Restorative Yoga is a very relaxing, gentle, and nourishing practice. The combination of gentle yoga & restorative yoga assists in joint mobility, while reducing pain and the effects of stress. A restorative yoga sequence involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Restorative poses may include light twists, seated forward folds & other supportive yoga asana. A class to reset the nervous system. It may incorporate some pranayama/breath work and meditation. Use of props to help assist in all yoga poses. This class is recommended for all.
