The union of breath and movement that make up Vinyasa. The connection of one pose to the next using breath. It may include Sun Salutation's or Chaturanga Dandasana joining movements. A Vigorous class that's meant to move your body. You will move and flow through most of this class. Brief time in still poses might be incorporated into the class as well as meditation pieces.
All poses can be modified. It's not always recommended as a beginners practice to start with Vinyasa.
