If you spent the day over a desk using a keyboard and computer mouse or simply have used the wrists all day long in your daily activity. Come give them some ease & metta in this class. We will open and stretch into the muscles and fascia around the wrist. We will also give the wrists a break in asana by using forearms only (no high planks or traditional down dog... but dolphin pose is definitely part of the flow). A fun class on a Friday night to recoup from a week of using our wrists heavily. This class will include both gentle and power asana but still considered a mix level class.
